This dry sparkling is hand crafted from white grapes grown on our farm. Traditional method bottle fermentation provides elegant carbonation and extended lees contact prior to disgorgement provides a full mouthfeel. This wine offers subtle, complex fruitiness supported by a clean effervescence with fine, persistent bubbles.
